Kelly Handley is a Human Resources and training specialist offering a wide range of expertise including leadership training, performance management processes, customer service skills training and change management.
Kelly is able to carry a project through from concept and design to final delivery and evaluation. She has considerable practical experience of training programmes, individual and team analysis, team building events and career coaching.
Kelly had an extensive career with BAA plc, the world’s leading airport company. She had front line customer service experience, and was able to develop her human resources skills, specialising in learning and development.Specific projects included the establishment of a company university, sourcing appropriate training suppliers, implementation of the Performance Management Process that included the development of a Business Balanced Scorecard, skills audits and programme design in customer service, supervisory skills, and teambuilding. Kelly also has a wide range of Human Resources skills, including recruitment and also the design and delivery of assessment centres.
In 2001, Kelly established her own freelance Human Resources consultancy. This provided specialist support for her former employer, BAA, and also services to other companies including EXE Technologies, DHL Global Information Services, TDA Transitions, Amersham Health, Laing O’ Rourke, Express Reinforcements, and ING Direct.
The services provided for these organisations have included design and implementation of human resources, learning and development strategies, performance management processes and induction programmes. Kelly has designed and delivered various training programmes including leadership and train the trainer; telephone techniques, safety courses, and presentation skills training. She took a key role in the Terminal 5 Performance Enhancement team, with specific responsibilities for improving the effectiveness of the Project Controls group. Kelly has a role in setting up the call centre for ING Direct in Reading, including the recruitment of the customer service team.
Kelly has a BA Honours Degree from the Open University and is a qualified practitioner in Psychometric Testing - Level A and Level B, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and OPQ 32 Psychometric Tool.
Kelly joined MSP Solutions in 2008 as their Senior HR and Learning and Development Consultant.
