Angus was a member of HM Diplomatic Service and HM Treasury from 1963 to 1968. His appointments included First Secretary (Economic), United Kingdom Treasury and Supply Delegation, Washington D.C.
Subsequently Angus taught politics and economics at Oxford and London Universities. At London University he was Director of the London School of Slavonic Studies.

For 17 years John Borkowski has held a number of senior management positions in the oil and chemicals industries and then 10 years with a major international airline. He has also consulted for 6 years in the rail, airline, airport, chemical industries and in venture capital projects.

Brian Finch is a senior manager and consultant with almost 40 years’ experience in aviation, including Air Traffic Control, Airport Management, Airport Policy and Planning, Passenger Terminal Building Management, Airport Baggage Handling Systems, Airport Passenger Handling and Airport Security. His practical experience of understanding and managing large complex integrated airport’s activities is extensive.
Robert is a highly experienced and versatile airport expert, with a successful track record including many years in senior management positions at BAA plc. Robert has also worked in the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he served as the President of International Airport Astana.
Laurence Heath is a widely experienced senior manager and consultant with over 34 years' experience of aviation in airlines, both in managerial roles and in consulting. His specialist and general management experience in the airline industry gives him a thorough understanding of the key issues facing the industry and its future development.
Tim Ward is a widely experienced senior manager and consultant with many years’ experience of managing small, medium and large and complex information technology projects.
His particular expertise in the definition and management of changes in business processes that are required to use new systems more effectively is an important aspect of many projects in which he has worked.
